Diversiton Academy is the new free training network from Diversiton.

Join now as a member and you'll be able to browse and download all of our professional resources and training materials for FREE. No payment is required to join or to access our wide range of quality training courses, proven eBooks and ready to run training packages! 

Here are some of the resources that you can download immediately for free...

- The highly acclaimed new book 'Jigsawise - Solving the Job Puzzle. How to find the work you always dreamed of in a shifting jobs market‘ is here. Published just three months ago, it has already helped many people to start to earn income, re-shape their careers and plan for their future security.

- Management training workbooks, notes and powerpoint presentations for key topics including Presentation Skills, Team Work, Coaching Skills, Customer Care, Interviewing Skills, Leadership and Team Building, Positive Management, Dealing with difficult situations, Problem Solving and Performance Improvement and more.

- Personal development workbooks and powerpoint presentations on subjects such as Time Management, Stress Management and Worrying.

- Diversity training packages in Age Diversity and Religion and Belief with powerpoint presentation, delegate manual and trainer notes to deliver each course on an in-house basis.

- Religion and Belief eBooks including – Essentials of Islam, Sikhism, Hinduism, Christianity, Judaism, the Bahá’í Faith, Buddhism and many others.

There is no cost to access all of these materials. To help us cover our admin and development costs, we ask our members to contribute £10 ($15 or €12) on the 2nd April and the 2nd October each year. Diversiton is non profit making.

As well as all of the resources, members can use our Forum facility to post queries, offer advice, suggest joint initiatives and look for partners. Members also have the opportunity to share their own training resources with fellow colleagues.

We are still in our pilot phase with the formal launch scheduled for the 1st September 2010. We have work to do before then - including the graphics and presentation of the site, further materials, etc.
